IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in California before one arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND BARKING LAMB SOLUTIONS LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to woof@barkinglamb.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Barking Lamb Solutions LLC concerning your use of the Site.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
